Privacy for Reversi
Reversi never asks for an account. What follows is the storage this browser game really uses.
On this device
On this Reversi page, the browser keeps a local scoreboard of disc games together with the unfinished local board, plus the difficulty last chosen for a computer match. Wins from online play are left off that scoreboard. Undoing a finished computer game can remove that single result. Wiping the data this site stored clears those records from the browser.
A live online match also leaves an anonymous token in the browser so a reload can request the same game from the server. Wiping site data drops that token locally. The server row remains. Never pass the token to another person.
On the game server
Supabase handles matchmaking. It keeps an anonymous player record, entries waiting in the queue, the seats, the board position, and the moves that let both browsers follow one game. That player record lasts thirty days. Ten minutes without a move ends an active game, and polling does not add time to those ten minutes. Rows for finished matches stay until something else removes them.
Everyone waiting for Reversi shares one public queue. A link you send does not open a private table, and it does not seat you with the person who sent the link. After the queue stays empty for about ten seconds, waiting ends and the computer plays locally.
Hosting and fonts
Vercel serves these pages as static files, Supabase runs the match server, and Adobe Fonts supplies the type. While those services send the page, the match, or the font, they can see ordinary connection data, including an IP address.
Advertising
No Google ad script is loaded on these Reversi pages, and this update does not place an ad unit. A publisher verification tag, an ads.txt file, or an empty box marked as an advertisement does not, on its own, ask for an ad. If Google advertising is switched on later, Google and its partners may use cookies, or similar identifiers, so that third-party advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention can run. See how Google uses advertising cookies and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Questions can go to warmeve.label@gmail.com. Name Reversi and this site, and leave out the online token and any password. No phone number and no street address are published here. The contact page does not upload a message.
